How do I measure my waist for beads?
Stand up straight and use a soft measuring tape on bare skin.
Measure around your body in the location you would like beads to be placed.
Once you reach the beginning of the tape with the other side, read the measurement.
Measure yourself twice for accuracy.

How do I care for my waist beads?
Beads can be worn while bathing, swimming and exercising except heavily charmed or embellished strands. Harsh water, chemicals, fragrances, and soaps may increase wear of beads. Be mindful to not yank or pull them when using the bathroom or removing clothing. Also always handle beads with care and clean hands.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products and hygiene. If any products are damaged during shipping please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at genise@innerggarden.com.
When will I receive my order?
Items in stock will ship within 5 - 7 business days. If not in stock, please allow for 7 - 10 business days. For reference business days are Monday - Friday.
Our products are handmade and we allow time to fill every order with love and pure intentions. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We primarily ship via USPS.
Do you do custom/bulk orders?
If you have something really special or need a bulk order; email us. We are happy to create custom orders within our capacity.
How long does elderberry syrup last?
6 months when stored properly in refrigerator closed tightly.
What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?
Please email us at genise@innerggarden.com; if you cannot do so from the website. We will do our best to try and accommodate special order for out of stock items; when possible.
How do you ship elderberry if it needs to stay cold?
We ensure all elderberry packages are insulated properly to remain at appropriate temperature. We also ship with USPS Priority and never over weekends for best results.
